Hotel Gargano Mare

Not just a hotel with a pool: from June 6th to September 5th, we offer our guests, included in the price of their stay, access to the beach, approximately 15 kilometers away, at the Villaggio Baia del Monaco, part of the same hotel group. Each room includes free use of one beach umbrella and two loungers in the fourth row, as well as free parking (transfers are the responsibility of the guest; there is no transfer service).

You can also use the restaurant overlooking the sea for a fee.

The sand and gravel beach has a seabed characterized by a mix of sand and rock, typical of this area of ​​the Gargano.

You can access the beach with your four-legged friends in a small, reserved and secluded area (limited spaces cannot be booked in advance; availability must be verified on-site).

It is enough to travel through its vast territory to realize how much the Gargano offers very fascinating and ever-changing landscapes: from the rhythmic coasts, to the coastal villages, to the now arid and barren now lush hinterland. The landscape, typically Mediterranean, is characterized by the huge expanses of olive and citrus groves and the high cliffs that plunge into one of the most beautiful seas in Italy. The wild beauty of the Gargano promontory is admirably expressed precisely in its crystalline sea which is the backdrop for hidden coves, wonderful stacks, fantastic caves and spectacular inlets.

The Gargano offers many itineraries to discover the peculiarities of its renowned coast. A few kilometers from our hotel is the village of Mattinata, with its peculiar pebble beaches smoothed over time by the erosive action of the sea, which boasts one of the most beautiful marinas in the whole Gargano and which includes, to mention only most famous, the beaches of Vignanotica, Mattinatella and the Baia dei Mergoli, known for its postcard stacks as well as for the splendid sea. Mattinata represents just a taste of the beauty offered by the coast of our promontory.

You cannot miss a visit to Vieste, known for its grandiose Pizzomunno, the picturesque trebuchets and the numerous sea caves, and to Peschici, with its enchanting historic center and breathtaking sunsets. The gentle beaches of Rodi and its young extension Lido del Sole are also of absolute naturalistic value, as are the quiet stretches of fine sand in San Menaio.
